# Third-party models and software This service uses the following independently licensed components. No ownership of the models is claimed. Preserve the original license files when redistributing containers, source archives or model files. This inventory is not a legal opinion or a completed audit of all transitive/system dependencies. | Component | Attribution and source | License | |---|---|---| | GigaAM-v3 | Sber / GigaAM contributors, https://github.com/salute-developers/GigaAM and https://huggingface.co/ai-sage/GigaAM-v3 | MIT; retain the upstream copyright/license | | sherpa-onnx runtime and converted models tooling | k2-fsa contributors, https://github.com/k2-fsa/sherpa-onnx | Apache-2.0; preserve LICENSE/NOTICE if supplied | | pyannote segmentation-3.0 weights | pyannote / Hervé Bredin and contributors, https://huggingface.co/pyannote/segmentation-3.0 | MIT; the upstream model has its own access conditions | | WeSpeaker ResNet34-LM speaker embedding weights | WeSpeaker team; https://huggingface.co/Wespeaker/wespeaker-voxceleb-resnet34-LM and https://huggingface.co/pyannote/wespeaker-voxceleb-resnet34-LM | CC BY 4.0, https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ | The downloaded embedding file is an ONNX conversion distributed by k2-fsa: `wespeaker_en_voxceleb_resnet34_LM.onnx`. Conversion is a change from the upstream checkpoint format. The converted GigaAM files include int8 encoder quantization. These changes do not imply endorsement by the upstream authors. The CC BY notice and links must accompany the embedding weights and service acknowledgements. Model downloads come from the exact GitHub release URLs in `scripts/download_models.py`. Before distributing a release, run `scripts/model_manifest.py` to record filenames and SHA-256 hashes of the actual installed models. A hash of a local installation establishes reproducibility, not independent authenticity: compare with upstream checksums where available. FastAPI (MIT), Uvicorn (BSD-3-Clause), Requests (Apache-2.0), NumPy/SciPy (BSD-3-Clause), SoundFile (BSD-3-Clause), ReportLab (BSD), psycopg (LGPL-3.0), Snowball stemmer / snowballstemmer (BSD-3-Clause), PostgreSQL (PostgreSQL License), and the fonts supplied under `webapp/fonts` retain their own licenses. Include installed distribution metadata/license files in the container. FFmpeg's license depends on the distribution build and enabled codecs; check the actual Debian package configuration before redistributing the image. External API model terms are separate from these local software/model licenses.
